Hey there!
My name is Isabella, and I’m an aspiring creative eager to dive into the professional world. Whether through graphic design, video, or photography, I love finding ways to connect with others through my work.
When I’m not hanging out in a coffee shop tinkering with Premiere, you can usually catch me getting lost in some video game fun on my PC. It’s my go-to way to unwind and recharge.
Looking ahead…
I’m excited about the possibilities in my career. Whether it’s climbing the ladder or diving into a big, exciting project, I’m ready to explore what’s next. My favorite projects are creating short-form to long-form videos and social media campaigns with high engagement. There’s nothing more satisfying than predicting a trend and seeing a post succeed.
“Don’t bend; don’t water it down; don’t try to make it logical; don’t edit your own soul according to the fashion. Rather, follow your most intense obsessions mercilessly.”
Franz Kafka
In my most recent and thrilling endeavor as a Spark Awards recipient, I had the privilege of contributing to the production of season two of the “Georgia On Your Mind” podcast alongside Kelly Corder and Beau Wallace. This experience not only allowed me to delve into the realm of podcasting but also enabled me to actively engage in shaping the brand’s identity. I played a multifaceted role, encompassing tasks such as refining the brand’s style, crafting engaging graphic designs, video editing for social media platforms and our trailer, and generating promotional graphics on our Instagram platform.
At UGAResearch, I honed my video production and social media content creation skills. Throughout my time there, I developed my passion for content creation in all media types, which go hand in hand. I crafted compelling articles on research and created photo essays that have inspired other departments at the University of Georgia to create their own. My biggest accomplishment at UGAResearch was changing the design and content of our social channels, garnering a 93% increase in engagement on Instagram. Seeing a project from ideation to reality is my most immense satisfaction.
Video storytelling captivates me, but my love for writing runs deep. At The Red & Black, I thrived as an independent contributor, engaging with musicians, comedians, and authors to explore their work and connection to Athens, GA.
Ultimately, I want to create content that makes a real impact on the world around me. I’m all about quality over quantity, and I strive to ensure that everything I create is not just seen but truly appreciated. Plus, I’m always up for a new challenge, pushing myself to grow and learn in everything I do.
So now that you know more about me, let’s connect so I can get to know you!
